Anticipated End Date: 2026-08-28 Position Title: Corporate Communications Manager Job Description: Corporate Communications Manager Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. How you will make an impact Leads the research of communication needs and establishes goals and objectives. Researches, develops, reviews and/or edits communications materials for senior management. Serves as senior editor of corporate and/or online communications and coordinates with online team in posting of appropriate messages. Partners with leadership to develop and implement a strategic communications plan in support of the SBU/CEE's overall initiatives. May be responsible for obtaining bids to ensure cost effective spending on department programs or initiatives. Provides guidance or direction to team members on departmental projects. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS in public relations, journalism, communications or related area; 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Corporate communications, marketing agency, and/or PR agency experience strongly preferred. Project management and/or process improvement experience preferred. MS Suite experience preferred. Knowledge of managed care and the health insurance industry preferred. Airtable experience preferred. Familiarity with AI tools (i.e. Spark, ChatGPT, Copilot) preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $94,800 to $156,420.
