Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team for a contract, hybrid in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java Build scalable and high-performance applications aligned with business needs Work with AWS services to develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting Support production deployments and resolve issues in a timely manner Qualifications: 2-6 years of experience required Strong proficiency in Java and backend development frameworks Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform Exposure to AWS development tools and services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.) Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) Familiarity with version control tools such as Git Strong problem-solving and analytical skills You will receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family Dental, Orthodontia, and Vision Benefits Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with pre and post-tax options Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
