SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Shift Supervisor position at the Cummins Rocky Mount Engine Plant, Whitakers, NC 27891. The role is full‑time, 5‑day work week including weekends. Pay: $19.00‑$21.00 per hour. Responsibilities Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating employee performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who do not meet reasonable standards. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentoring employees, developing their skills and encouraging goal setting and advancement. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a foodservice operation required.
