RN Case Manager – Pediatric Home Health $70,000–$80,000/year |Monday–Friday Company Vehicle Provided|Travel Time Included in 40hr Workweek Office: 718 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 Are you an RN who enjoys pediatric care but is looking for a more predictable schedule and meaningful one-on-one patient relationships? CareGivers America – NEPA is hiring a full-time RN Case Manager to support pediatric patients and families throughout Luzerne, Wyoming, and Sullivan County . You’ll serve as a trusted clinical partner to families, coordinate care, and help children receive high-quality support from the comfort of theirhome.
