Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Maintain surgical volume with access to three new operating rooms
• Engage in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
• Support natural childbirth options, including VBACs, water birth, and epidurals
• Share call responsibilities with a low rotation frequency
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse midwives, nurses, and medical assistants
• Practice evidence-based, patient-centered OB/GYN care in a state with legal reproductive rights
• Contribute to a stable, low-turnover practice environment

What You Need

• Medical license in Vermont or eligibility
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Key skills: surgical proficiency, strong communication, teamwork
• Required: Prior experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Preferred: Experience with minimally invasive procedures, collaborative practice experience
