You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Tue 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports. Support a professional workplace environment by communicating observed hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
