Industrial Engineer

Duties
Develop and update General and Detail Inspection Plans through comprehensive quality reviews of TDPs, Master Bills of Materials, and production facilities.
Analyze quality data using statistical software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) to detect trends, determine root causes of variation, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct quality engineering studies on manufacturing lines during pre-operational surveys to optimize production efficiency, simplify methods, and improve material flow.
Perform product and process failure analyses, evaluate engineering change proposals, and prepare Quality Deficiency Reports or Requests for Waiver.
Review and coordinate quality engineering functions for developing, testing, and improving new or existing production plant equipment and processes.
