We're hiring dedicated LPNs to join our exceptional care teams across the capital region - Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center and Eddy Heritage House Nursing Center in Troy, and Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland. Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse
Assist with treatments and procedures and carry out selected duties within the established nursing plan of care
- Collaborate with RNs to collect data and determine priorities in resident care
- Contribute to the plan of care through effective communication with the healthcare team
- Comply with nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care
- Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Current NYS LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Prior experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)
