Provide exceptional dental care. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school. Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists. Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain).
