If you enjoy solving problems, working with inventory, and making an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!Main TasksPerform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracyCompare physical inventory against the SAGE system and investigate discrepanciesProcess inventory adjustments, material reports, and transfersResearch inventory variances and assist with root cause analysisHelp implement corrective actions to prevent recurring inventory issuesSupport Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service with inventory inquiriesLocate materials and maintain accurate dimensions and weights in the systemSafely operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorizedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAGE is a plus)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Team player with a strong safety mindsetWhy Join Mann+Hummel?Competitive PayComprehensive BenefitsPaid Time Off & HolidaysCareer Growth OpportunitiesSupportive Team Environment
