Securitas is seeking a Global Security Systems Service Desk Analyst to safeguard personnel, facilities, and assets across a global footprint. This remote role coordinates and resolves incidents for access control, CCTV, and related infrastructure, ensuring high availability. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with security hardware, incident management, and strong communication. You will own tickets from intake to resolution and collaborate with field teams to deploy rapid responses in #J-18808-Ljbffr Securitas Global Clients America
