Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale and parts lookup systems
• Maintain and stock shelves to ensure product availability and store organization
• Build strong relationships with DIY customers, professional mechanics, and fleet accounts
• Look up parts using NAPA catalogs, electronic databases, and cross-reference tools
• Handle special orders, returns, and core exchanges efficiently
• Support team members and contribute to achieving store sales goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to use computerized parts lookup and inventory management systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
