Responsibilities of a Cook: Maintaining a sanitized station. Preparing workstations for cooking. Prepping and thawing food ingredients daily. Checking the quality of the ingredients as well as shelf life. Preparing cooking ingredients to Dunkin standards. Cooking food using to Dunkin standards. Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation. Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders. Cook Job Requirements: Must follow sanitation procedures.
