CNC Mill Operator

Join a high-performance machining team working with industry-leading equipment in a clean, modern facility. As a CNC Mill Operator, you'll set up and run advanced CNC milling machines while developing specialized micromachining skills. This role offers hands-on experience with top-tier machinery and the opportunity to sharpen your expertise through company-sponsored training.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, including:
• DMG Mori Mill (Siemens Control)
• Roku-Roku Mill (Fanuc Control)
• Roku-Roku Robodrill (Fanuc Control)
• Make program edits directly at the machine using G & M code
• Perform precision machining and inspection at extremely tight tolerances (+/- 0.00010.0002 inches)
• Use microscopes and advanced quality tools to inspect finished parts
• Participate in paid training programs to enhance machining capabilities

What You Bring

Required Skills

• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Comfort working in a micromachining environment requiring extreme precision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DMG Mori, Roku-Roku, or Robodrill machines
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced techniques

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr. Gym on site, Gibbscam training paid for at the 2 month mark, full health coverage, competitive 401k match
