Job Overview Milford Federal Bank is looking for positive, customer focused Personal Banker to join our Milford locations. We offer a great working environment, exceptional benefits and opportunity for growth. We will happily train candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided. The Personal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by being versatile, utilizing a customer-focused skill set and possessing a vast range of experience with products and services to better assist the customers’ needs by collaborating with all departments in the organization. Responsibilities Provide exemplary customer service while opening new accounts and explaining available bank products. Provide electronic banking support to customers. Meet with customers to strategically identify all their financial needs. Deliver clarity to customers through simplicity, guidance, and know-how. Support multiple branch locations as needed. Requirements Exceptional customer service Industry or equivalent customer service experience Effective written and verbal communication skills and computer skills Professional demeanor including business attire, courtesy, tact and conflict management skills Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
