Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Luxor at Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center St. James, NY Salary: Up to $130,000 per year Full‑Time | Comprehensive Benefits Package Luxor at Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing leadership team. This position is ideal for a strong clinical professional looking to grow within nursing administration while helping oversee the delivery of high‑quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing leadership team to support clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and resident care initiatives.
