Position Overview:
The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly . If you’re friendly, organized, and love working with people, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage the waitlist and reservations efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate wait times and accommodate special seating requests when possible.
• Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized.
• Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries.
• Work with the servers, kitchen, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
