As Partner Marketing Executive you will be the dedicated point of contact for Presidio's most important OEM partners — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Apple — across four geographies: the United States, India, Singapore, and Europe. You will build the co-marketing programmes, manage the MDF funds, and deliver the joint campaigns that make Presidio the partner of choice for enterprise EUC and IT procurement.Responsibilities Include:OEM Partner Relationship ManagementServe as the primary marketing contact for Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Apple across US, India, Singapore, and EuropeBuild and maintain strong working relationships with each OEM partner marketing team — attending regular syncs and keeping Presidio front-of-mind for co-investmentDevelop and own the annual joint GTM plan with each OEM partner — aligning on campaign themes, co-branded assets, and event co-sponsorshipIdentify new co-marketing and co-investment opportunities across geographies and product linesMarket Development Funds (MDF) ManagementOwn the MDF process end-to-end across all OEM partners — applications, approvals, activity compliance, claims, and reconciliationBuild and maintain the MDF tracking log — committed, approved, and claimed by partner, by campaign, and by quarterEnsure all MDF-funded activity is executed and claimed within OEM partner deadlinesTarget: recover €15,000+ in MDF within 90 days of the Q3 2026 launchCo-Marketing Programme ExecutionDevelop co-branded campaign assets and content in partnership with the Content Manager and creative agenciesManage the co-branded asset approval process with each OEM partner — coordinating reviews and sign-offs within agreed SLAsCoordinate joint events, co-sponsored roundtables, and trade show appearances with OEM partnersReport on partner marketing contribution — pipeline attributed to co-marketing activity, MDF ROI, and joint campaign performanceGeographic CoverageManage partner relationships and co-marketing activity across the US, India, Singapore, and Europe simultaneouslyCoordinate with regional sales and business development teams to align partner marketing to local pipeline prioritiesTravel regularly to partner events, OEM summits, and Presidio office locations across geographiesRequired Skills and Professional Experience:3+ years of partner marketing, channel marketing, or OEM co-marketing experience in a technology environmentExperience managing MDF funds — applications, compliance, and claims — for at least one major OEM (Dell, HP, Microsoft, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, or equivalent)Strong relationship management skills — you build trust with external partners quickly and maintain it through consistent follow-throughHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and campaigns across geographies simultaneouslyCommercially minded — you track partner pipeline contribution and MDF ROI as standardYour future at PresidioJoiningPresidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
