Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are looking for a motivated real estate agent who wants to learn to grow within the acquisitions side of real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys conversations, identifying opportunities, and building momentum through consistent activity and follow-up.

You will learn how to identify property opportunities, communicate with homeowners and investors, and move conversations from initial outreach through signed agreements and closing. The focus is on developing strong prospecting habits, improving negotiation skills, and learning how to recognize opportunities that align with investor demand and market trends.

Our team provides the systems, tools, training, and ongoing coaching needed to help you stay organized and continue building consistency over time. You will work alongside experienced acquisitions agents who provide guidance, accountability, and real world insight while helping you strengthen your confidence and communication skills through repetition and daily activity.

• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

• Real estate license required
