NOW HIRING: PART-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER Experienced retail manager? We’re looking for YOU. We’re an established, fast-paced fashion resale store looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who can step in and run the store when the Manager is away. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already knows how to lead a retail team, drive sales, solve problems, and keep a store running smoothly. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Leading day-to-day store operations Opening/closing and handling operational issues Coaching, training, scheduling & holding staff accountable Driving sales and monitoring performance Customer service & problem resolution Merchandising, inventory & product flow Hiring/onboarding and employee development Social media, promotions & local marketing Helping manage resale/buying operations Maintaining a fun, energetic, organized store environment YOU SHOULD HAVE: Previous retail management or assistant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Sales & merchandising experience Experience with scheduling, training and employee accountability Ability to make decisions independently Excellent organization and follow-through A hands-on, “see it and fix it” attitude Flexibility to work weekends and open/close as needed Fashion, boutique, resale, consignment or specialty retail experience is a BIG plus.
