MRI Technologist

JOB SUMMARY Provide diagnostic MRI imaging services to patients. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI scans according to physician's orders and established protocols. Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures. Operate MRI equipment and related accessories. Prepare patients for MRI scans, including screening for contraindications. Administer contrast media as required and according to protocol. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals. Schedule / Shift Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Weekend / Call Requirements On-call rotation approximately every 8 weeks, covering Monday through Sunday. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current BLS certification. Certifications ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI. Experience Experience performing MRI procedures. Skills Proficient in MRI imaging techniques and protocols. Knowledge of MRI safety guidelines. Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
