The nurse will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patients, and assisting with surgical procedures. Experience with various surgical procedures and equipment is required. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, often requiring multitasking. The nurse will collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ability to communicate effectively with patients and family members is essential. The staff will participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment. The nurse will adhere to infection control protocols at all times. Teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary support services are essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs is required.
