The Opportunity

For the right individual, this is the American Dream. Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. Normally, opening a new market means writing a check for the franchise fee and fronting the capital to launch. We welcome candidates who are positioned to do that. But we recognize not everyone has that capital on hand. So we created another path in.

We have investors - current franchisees who've seen what this system can do and want to fund a new market - lined up and ready to write the check. What they don't have is someone to run it. That's where you come in.

How This Works

A group of Crawlspace Medic franchisees fund the market. You run it - the people, the P&L, the performance, all of it. As the business grows and hits its numbers, you earn your way into partnership. You co-own it. We've done this 35 times already. It works.

You'll start on a base salary, with the opportunity to earn uncapped profit share on top. It's a performance-driven path-the better the market performs, the more you earn, and the closer you move toward ownership.

We're a blue-collar business, built in the dirt - literally. This isn't a desk job. You'll be selling, coaching your team, and crawling under houses doing inspections yourself until you've built a team that can carry the work.

What matters is character: servant-hearted leadership, a willingness to do the work before you delegate it, and the grit to be the last line of accountability when something goes wrong on your watch.

Requirements
What We Need From You

• A track record of leading teams to measurable results in a process-driven, labor-intensive environment
• Experience building or enforcing standard operating procedures
• A proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong people
• The discipline to have hard conversations early, not after they've festered
• An understanding of sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level
• Comfort being held fully accountable for results
• A hunger for feedback and improvement, not validation
• The grit to operate under pressure without losing focus

Physical Demands

Expect to crawl on your hands and knees and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces; maneuver in confined areas; and handle light hand tools as needed. If getting dirty and crawling under a house isn't something you're willing to do, this isn't the right fit.

• Full-time, W-2, salary exempt

What to Expect

What you can expect to earn as an A-player:

• Year 1: ~$85,000
• Year 2: ~$100,000-$110,000
• Year 3: ~$125,000-$135,000

And that's before you factor in what ownership is worth once you buy in.
