Job Summary This is a full‑time Advanced Practice Professional (PA/NP) position in the Neurology Department at Atrium Health Neurology Shelby. Pay Range: $47.50 – $71.25 per hour. Benefits eligible: Yes. Schedule and Working Hours • 40 hours per week • Monday–Friday schedule with a flexible option for a 4‑day work week • No call, no holidays, no weekends. Responsibilities Provide outpatient neurology care, seeing 12–16 patients per day including consults, follow‑ups, hospital follow‑ups, and procedures such as Botox for migraine. Participate in the education of learners – other APPs, students/APP fellows, nurses, and new clinical teammates. Collaborate with operational leaders and the stroke program coordinator to support transition‑of‑care initiatives. Work autonomously with support from onsite APPs and rotating subspecialists. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of APP experience; neurology experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical knowledge with an academic inclination.
