About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Growth Marketing to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust growth strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with the critical mission of accelerating customer acquisition, enhancing conversion rates, and fostering sustainable revenue growth. This senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growth and demand generation, particularly within scaling B2B technology businesses. The VP will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the marketing function, from growth and product marketing to ensuring that activities across the customer journey are in line with commercial objectives. A key focus will be on building a data-driven growth engine, optimizing performance across the funnel, and maximizing long-term customer value. Applicants for the VP of Growth Marketing position at the company should possess significant experience in senior growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on modern B2B acquisition strategies. The role requires a leader who can build and lead high-performing marketing teams, and who is adept at using performance data and customer insights to drive commercial priorities.
