This includes managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. The role involves both internal developments and client-specific builds, with operations currently spanning over 20 U.S. states. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Lead meetings and collaboration between design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment and progress. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, cash flow, and feasibility assessments to maintain financial health and project viability. Site Management: Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of data center construction. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with utility providers, clients, and internal teams to maintain infrastructure integrity and transparency. Reporting & Development: Provide executive-level updates and contribute to business development initiatives across regions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 4 years in project management Experience in construction preferred Minimum 2 years Data Center construction experience Skills and Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF tools, and CAD/Visio Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel frequently if not based locally Compensation and Benefits Performance-based bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with matching Paid time off and holidays Please note: All candidates must currently be based in the US and the role requires being on site fully.
