This position offers a performance-based pay structure where your earnings are directly tied to the number of stops you make and miles you drive. In Rochester, drivers can earn a minimum of $250 per day, and with a standard 5-day work week, this can amount to $1,300 per week. Pay will vary depending on the route, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your work efficiency. Driver Programs Safety Bi-Annual Gift Recognition Hall of Fame Rewards Program Employee Loyalty Program Employee Referral Program Responsibilities and Essential Functions Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service Maintains DOT travel logs according to federal and state regulations such as a pre- and post-trip safety report, 7day/60-hour log, fuel trip logs and fuel cards Operates tractor trailer/flatbed truck to deliver/pick up cargo Responsible for vehicle presentation Maintain professional appearance: wearing assigned uniform Other duties as assigned by your manager Required Credentials 1+ years verifiable tractor/trailer experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
