MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Compton, CA terminal. We have two position types open — choose the one that fits your life. Local / Hourly — Home Daily Up to $30 per hour. All runs within 250 miles of our yard. Home every day. Regional / Per Mile $0.60 per mile for solo drivers. Runs 250+ miles — Western states. Consistent weekly home time. Team drivers: ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate. POTENTIAL EARNINGS $70,000 – $100,000 per year — plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles. BOTH POSITIONS INCLUDE $5,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers. $1,000 bonus for every driver you refer. Requirements Valid Class A CDL. Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. Clean driving record — reliable and safety-focused. Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus. No special endorsements required. Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
