Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of a remote work setting while maintaining a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Our outpatient office serves as the hub for clinical team activities, peer consultations, and professional development sessions. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as you may need to adjust your hours to accommodate the needs of your growing clientele. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
