Workers' Comp Attorney - Client Advocate & Settlements

NRS Injury Law seeks a qualified attorney to counsel clients in Workers' Compensation matters in Ohio. You will monitor cases to ensure clients receive entitled benefits and negotiate settlements when appropriate to resolve claims. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and medical providers, meeting with clients, and maintaining thorough case review and documentation.
