Case Manager

A leading litigation firm is seeking an experienced Case Manager to support its Securities Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation matters while partnering closely with attorneys and legal staff throughout all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned litigation matters from inception through trial and resolution Conduct legal and factual research using platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, and other legal research tools Proofread, fact-check, cite-check, and Bluebook briefs, motions, complaints, and other legal filings Prepare, finalize, and electronically file documents in federal and state courts Research applicable rules, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, litigation databases, and supporting documentation Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, trials, mediations, and client meetings Coordinate schedules and logistics with attorneys, clients, court personnel, vendors, and outside counsel Track court deadlines, maintain case calendars, and support overall litigation management Record billable time and perform additional administrative and litigation support as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree required 5–12 years of litigation paralegal or case management experience within a law firm Securities litigation and/or class action litigation experience strongly preferred Experience with electronic filing in federal and state courts Strong legal research skills using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, and similar platforms Demonstrated expertise in cite-checking, fact-checking, and Bluebook citation Excellent proofreading, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology platforms Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously while meeting competing deadlines Flexibility to work overtime as needed in support of trial and case deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
