About the Job
Summary: The Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner to the Commercial and Project Delivery organizations, providing financial analysis, forecasting, pricing support, profitability analysis, and decision support for a manufacturing and distribution business. This role supports revenue growth, margin expansion, and strategic decision-making through customer profitability analysis, pricing management, sales forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance reporting. The analyst works closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance leadership to identify opportunities, measure performance, and support profitable growth initiatives. While reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager – Commercial, the position also works closely with the Finance Manager – Operations (North America) to support cross-functional financial analysis related to product costs, inventory, manufacturing and supply chain performance, and operational profitability.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting (strongly preferred), Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Commercial Finance, Sales Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or supply chain organizations preferred.
- Experience with customer profitability and margin analysis strongly preferred.
