Sr. Quality Manager

Job Summary Direct, lead and supervise the development of a total quality environment with an emphasis on unexcelled customer satisfaction and continual quality improvement. Accomplish quality related objects through the use of quality meetings, planning, training, statistics and internal/external audits. Ensure that processes and products are in compliance with current implemented Quality Management System requirements. Job Description Quality & Lean Leader – Northwest Territory (Copper & Brass) Salary: $140,000 Base + $30,000 Annual Bonus Incentive Territory: Northwest U.S. – Copper & Brass Sales Travel: Approximately 50% (may increase based on business needs and training) Important: No visa sponsorship is available for this role Why This Role Stands Out This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will drive quality excellence, lead Lean initiatives, and shape operational performance across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Lead regional Quality Assurance strategy and execution across multiple sites Drive Lean Management initiatives aligned with company objectives Foster a strong quality-first culture in partnership with site leadership Oversee compliance with ISO, AS, or TS standards , where applicable Participate in the Corporate Quality Improvement Board (CQIB) Report on the effectiveness of the regional Quality Assurance system Analyze customer and vendor claims , including trend reporting Lead Corrective/Preventive Action processes (CPAR) Conduct quarterly site visits for training, coaching, and alignment Coordinate internal and external Quality System audits Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners Partner with leadership to establish quality goals and performance metrics Support training and development in Quality, Lean, and Safety Lead or support Lean and Quality team members , including supervisory responsibilities as needed Work Environment Hands‑on role with regular presence on the warehouse floor Work performed around heavy industrial machinery Designated safety‑sensitive role , requiring successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing in accordance with applicable laws Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of Quality Assurance/Control experience Experience with TQM, ISO/QS 9000, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Minimum 1 year of management experience Demonstrated strong safety mindset Preferred Qualifications ASQ Certification ISO Lead Assessor Certification 10+ years of Quality experience 3+ years of leadership experience Experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and team building Additional Details Responsible for the Northwest Copper & Brass Sales Territory Travel requirements may fluctuate depending on business need and training demands Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Job Compensation Up to $140K + Annual Bonus Incentive at $30K Benefits Overview We offer competitive company benefits to eligible positions, such as: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Disability Voluntary Wellness Programs 401(k) or RRSP programs with Company Match Paid Vacation and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement And more!
