Occupational Therapist PRN

We're hiring an Occupational Therapist PRN or part-time to provide in-home care across the Fredericksburg region. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OT work that actually makes a difference — and you'll be doing it on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for OTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.

Perform comprehensive in-home OT evaluations, reassessments, and discharge — start to finish, your patients, your plan

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per physician orders

ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, home safety, and caregiver education

Supervise COTAs on the cases you share

Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Virginia

1 years of clinical OT experience preferred

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Based out of our Fredericksburg office, we cover Fredericksburg and surrounding communities — Stafford, Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, Orange, and the surrounding areas. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
