Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide high-quality primary care to underserved patients in our faith-based clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining histories and vitals, administering medications and immunizations, care coordination, patient education, triage (phone and in-person), and accurate documentation in the EHR. The nurse collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team (providers, dental, behavioral health, wellness) to deliver holistic, whole-person care and support health equity.
