Retail Shift Leader

Location: 6615 E. Colonial Dr. Orlando, FL. Job Title: Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder / Lead Pawn Broker). Pay: $16 to $17 per hour based on experience, with paid training, bonus potential and benefits. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions, negotiating satisfactory terms for pawned items. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store team members. Set a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from the competition. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build ongoing customer relationships. Strong negotiation, organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual language skills are a plus. Ability to read and manage customer needs.
