Job Summary:
An Operating Room (OR) Nurse is needed in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role involves working in a surgical environment with a focus on orthopedic and neurological cases. The assignment includes on-call responsibilities with a rotating schedule.

Job Details:

• Location: Scottsbluff, Nebraska
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a rotating on-call schedule of 4 days on, 1 day off, every 4-5th weekend, including one weeknight of on-call per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; experience in Orthopedic (Ortho) surgery and Neurological (Neuro) surgery, with Level 1 or 2 experience in Neuro; no minimum years of experience specified; ability to work 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be aware that the organization operates on Low, Mid, and High performer expectations. Performance issues may lead to immediate contract termination.
