Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer Working Foreman to join our team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation of HVAC systems, manage a crew, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Inspect and perform repairs and replacements on HVAC equipment.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Supervise and direct a team of HVAC installers.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC installation and repair.
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
Proficient with HVAC wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Ability to handle a physically demanding workload.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Valid driver's license required.
