Benefits available upon reaching full-time hours (inquire for details).Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys focusing on clinical assessments and initial case development without the responsibility of ongoing supervision. The BCBA Assessment Specialist will conduct in-person assessments in clients' homes, develop treatment recommendations, and collaborate with the internal team to support a smooth transition of cases. Well-suited for clinicians who prefer short-term, focused client interactions and value flexibility and independence.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive ABA assessments (such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments) in clients' homesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on assessment resultsComplete detailed and timely clinical documentation and reportsCollaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless case handoffMaintain compliance with all ethical and professional standardsWhat You Will Not Be Responsible ForOngoing case supervisionSupervision of RBTs or BTsLong-term caseload managementQualificationsActive BCBA certification in good standingMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldExperience conducting assessments and developing treatment plansStrong clinical writing and organizational skillsAbility to travel to client homes within the assigned areaReliable transportation and a valid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsExperience using a variety of assessment toolsStrong time management skills and ability to work independently in a field-based role
