Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute directly to the positive experience of our clients and their visitors.Part-Time Position OnlyVarious Locations thoughtout the Quad Cities Areas both Iowa and Illinois Different Start Times, Different types of Facilities, Hours ranging from 1-4 hours depending on customers building needs. Pay Ranges: Iowa 11.25-13.00 (sometimes more)Illinois $15.00 ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough cleaning of commercial buildings, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.Conduct floor care procedures such as wet and dry mopping, vacuuming to maintain appearance.Carry out custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high hygiene standards.Support industrial cleaning projects when required, including high-volume cleaning or specialized sanitation procedures.Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment. QualificationsExperience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial practices.Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety standards.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Prior porter or maintenance experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.Embark on a career where your skills make a tangible difference every day!
