The Basics Of Becoming Our Retail Sales Associate

Competitive Pay: $16.30 - $17.00/hour

Schedule: You'll work flexible part-time shifts during our store hours, which are 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sundays

Your Day As Our Retail Sales Associate

• Working in different parts of the store to support smooth business operations
• Providing amazing customer service and helping shoppers out with whatever they need
• Serving as a cashier when assigned and accurately completing transactions
• Helping with various services as needed, including cutting glass, mixing paint, making screens, operating key machines, cutting wood/pipes, and more
• Helping manage and stock inventory
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to make every day a great one

Qualifications

Required:

• Schedule flexibility
• Physical ability to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift and lift 35 lbs. independently
• Basic technology proficiency

Desired:

• Hardware store department knowledge (Tools, Paint, Lawn and Garden, etc.)
