I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before entering the insurance industry, I spent 20 years in the automotive business. After leaving that industry, I realized I could continue making a difference by helping people protect what matters most through insurance. I'm a graduate of Robert Morris, married with children, and enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf whenever I can. Our agency enjoys staying involved in the community by supporting our local school district and building relationships with the families we serve. As an Account Associate for Paul Santone - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
