Job Description:
Provide care to residents in a long-term care facility with a focus on assisted living and retirement needs. The facility features two wings and a census of 22. It's a 30-bed facility situated on Indian Reservation land.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and document observations
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Experience in long-term care or similar environment preferred
