One Sixty Fundraising are looking for outgoing, confident and passionate activists to join our sociable, high energy fundraising team in NYC!

Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 9:45am-6pm Pay: $20/hr (guaranteed base pay after paid training), increasing to $24/hr plus uncapped bonuses (paid weekly!)

One Sixty International are the leading fundraising agency in the UK, USA and Malaysia. We work with incredible non-profits such as the ASPCA, The Nature Conservancy, and Children International to generate vital funds so they can keep doing the amazing work that they do!

The Position: You will work with your team on different busy streets in the city where you will engage in incredible conversations with members of the public, inspiring them to become a supporter of the non-profit you are representing through an ongoing donation. Each and every conversation you have will have a positive impact, making the world a better place!

We're looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation to represent one of our incredible charity partners. If you're interested in fighting poverty, campaigning for equality for all, promoting animal welfare or saving the planet - we want to hear from you!

Benefits:

• Guaranteed hourly rate of pay plus bonuses - this is NOT a commission-only position! After paid training you will earn a base pay of $20/hr, increasing to $24/hr with good performance.
• Full time, consistent schedule, working Monday-Friday 9:45am-6pm.

Requirements:

• Ability to work 5 full days, Monday to Friday from 9:45am-6pm.
• Available to work full time for a minimum of 3 months.
• Happy to work outside in different locations within the city each day.
• Must be a confident communicator, and thrive in high-energy fast-paced environments.
• Some experience or interest in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, the environment, charitable causes, and/or non profit organizations!
