In this role you’ll fuel the heartbeat of our community by driving local routes and delivering Pepsi products. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks (CDL & non-CDL) to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes. Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork and invoicing. Manage product accountability and settlements with precision. Be the face of our locally‑owned business at every stop. Build strong relationships with store managers and staff. Stock shelves, build attractive displays, set up in‑store promotions, and rotate products. Troubleshoot issues on the spot to keep customers satisfied. Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks. Perform heavy lifting (60‑85 lbs.) in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL (no restrictions) with ability to drive a manual transmission tractor. A clean MVR and commitment to safe driving. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly. Customer‑service driven, organized, accurate, and solution‑oriented.
