Physical Therapist - Outpatient Therapy

Location: New Holland, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Days - 5x8

Job Description: Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in an outpatient setting. The role involves treating a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing treatment plans, and performing various assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy interventions as per treatment plans
• Perform assessments such as Fall Risk Assessments and Gross Motor Assessments
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 visits per day
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in treating a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and neurological conditions
