Growth Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketer to help plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience, perhaps at an agency or an early‑stage consumer brand who has built a strong foundation in performance marketing and now wants broader ownership. You don’t need to be an expert in every platform. We care more about your learning speed, analytical instincts, attention to detail, and willingness to get into the weeds. What You’ll Do Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple paid media channels. Monitor budgets, pacing, performance, and efficiency on a daily basis. Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, conversion, and overall profitability. Partner with creative teams to develop and test new messaging, formats, and campaign concepts What we’re looking for: Approximately 1–3 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing. Ideally, 12–24 months of hands‑on experience at a media agency or early‑stage consumer brand.
