This hospital is the best to my travelers in all my 27 years in the business. I have never worked with a facility that treats my nurses with such kindness. For Med Surg they have a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 which is unheard of, and I have had up to 15 nurses here at once, currently have 9 here, and all have extended at least 1 year. I have had several go permanent staff. You wouldn't be working Med Surg, but this is just showing you how well they are to my nurses.
