Cornerstones of Care in Kansas City KS is seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to assist families, coordinate resources, and support placement finding teams. You will maintain records in Avatar and Care Match, communicate with the case management team, and help identify placements for children based on current family information. Requirements include 2+ years in child welfare, a BA in social work or related field (MSW preferred with adoption/foster care experience), 21+, valid driver #J-18808-Ljbffr Cornerstones of Care
