Position Summary:

Commercial Water Solutionsis looking for a provenSales Operations Managerto join our team.The Sales Operations Manageris responsible fordriving sales effectiveness, operational excellence, and business growth across the commercial organization. This role partners closely with sales leadership, distributor sales teams, channel partners, key account managers, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance tooptimizeprocesses, improve sales productivity, and deliver actionable business insights.

The Sales Operations Manager will lead sales planning, forecasting, performance analytics, CRM management, channel reporting, pricing support, and strategic initiatives that enhance the company's ability to grow market share and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has experience supporting industrial manufacturing or foodservice equipment sales organizations andpossessesstrong analytical, commercial, and cross-functional leadership skills.

We need actionableinsights, andnot just reports. We want someone who can lead our overall efforts to distill knowledge from data to help us make evidence-based decisions across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support development and execution of annual sales plans aligned with company growthobjectives.

• Partner with sales leadership toestablishterritory, channel, and account growth strategies.

• Develop sales performance metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance toidentifygrowth opportunities.

• Facilitate sales pipeline reviews, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

• Deliveraccurateandtimelysales reporting across distributors, dealers, representatives, and key accounts.

• Analyze sales effectiveness, pricing trends, win/loss data, and customer profitability.

• Lead monthly sales forecasting processes.

• Improve forecast accuracy through data analysis, field collaboration, and process improvements.

• Identify risks and opportunities that may impact demand, revenue, or customer service levels.

• Serve asbusinessowner for CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.

• Standardize sales processes, account management disciplines, and opportunity management practices.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify workflows and increase sales productivity.

• Supportimplementationof sales technologies and digital tools.

• Develop reporting and performance measurement tools fordistributorand dealer partners.

• Analyze channel performance, market coverage, and distribution effectiveness.

• Support distributor business planning and annual account reviews.

• Assistin administering channel programs, rebates, incentives, and growth initiatives.

• Providecommercial insights that strengthen distributor and partner relationships.

• Partner with sales and finance teams on pricing analysis and commercial programs.

• Evaluate pricing opportunities, discount trends, and margin performance.

• Support special pricing requests, contract renewals, and key customer negotiations.

• Monitor adherence to pricing policies and commercial guidelines.

• Assistwith product launches, market initiatives, and strategic business programs.

Key Competencies, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

• BS or BA degree in business,finance, marketing,operationsor sales.

• 5+ years of experiencein Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, or Sales Support.

• Experience supportinga manufacturing, industrial, foodservice equipment, HVAC, water treatment, refrigeration, or related B2B business.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (Salesforcepreferred)
